Attach any relevant documents
The request is sent to members
ACC Committee and property management
Based upon configurable settings, the ACC Committee and property management vote on whether to approve or deny the request.
There's also the opportunity to add comments and return the request to the homeowner for further information.
There are many more features and settings available for ACC Requests.
Including text message notifications and the ability to take a payment directly from the form.
The homeowner is off to start their project and management and the board barely had to lift a finger!
